I had a great experience during my business trip! The hotel is just a short walk from the train station, which made getting around super easy. The staff were super friendly and ready to help with anything, plus the all-day coffee and tea station was a nice touch. My room was spacious and comfortable, and I loved having access to a balcony to unwind after a long day.

The only downside was the bathroom setup—there's just one door for both the toilet and shower, which could be a bit awkward. the breakfast buffet got pretty crowded during peak times, but the staff handled it well. it was a solid stay!

The location was convenient as it was close to the train station and we were able to leave our luggage overnight after checking out. The room was spacious, comfortable, and tastefully decorated with all the amenities we needed.

The hotel is situated close to Wenhua night market, which made it easy to explore the vibrant city life at night. the staff were polite and helpful, and the power adapters by the bed were useful. the breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from, including freshly brewed coffee.

The hotel could have done a better job with the outdated furniture and uncomfortable beds.

During Christmas, we stayed at a hotel in Chiayi and were pleasantly surprised by some of the amenities. the room was clean and spacious, and the breakfast selection was great. We also enjoyed the free snacks and drinks available at the lobby 24/7. the location was also perfect, as it was only a short walk away from many attractions.
